Shipping Commitment
At our store, every order is prepared with care and inspected before leaving our fulfillment facility. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your purchase reaches you safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
- Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
- During high-demand periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent automatically.
Estimated Delivery Times
Average delivery estimates:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Delivery estimates begin after processing has been completed.
Tracking Your Package
Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–72 hours after dispatch. Small delays in tracking updates are normal while carriers process newly shipped parcels.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in shipping delays, additional carrier fees, or returned packages. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package cannot be delivered because:
- nobody is available to receive it,
- the address is incorrect,
- customs information is incomplete,
- or the package remains unclaimed,
the carrier may return the shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspections or local import taxes depending on your country's regulations.
Any duties, VAT, taxes or customs charges imposed by local authorities remain the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- customs inspections
- weather conditions
- transportation disruptions
- public holidays
- carrier operational issues
- high seasonal shipping volumes
These situations are outside our direct control.
Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact our support team.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- your order number
- clear photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the damaged product
This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
